GENERAL 


Is there a studio to try on your pieces?

We are a small home-based business and we do not have a physical retail shop. However, we want to ensure that what you are purchasing or renting has the right fit. Please get in touch with us to assist you for sizing and styling enquiries.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit card payments via Stripe and PayNow transfer.

How long is the order processing time?

Most of our pieces are made-to-order and therefore, we only keep a small quantity of ready-stock items. Ready-stock orders will be processed within 1-2 business days upon payment confirmation. Made-to-order items require a pre-order which takes around 4-6 weeks of processing time.


How can I change my order?

Please email us at hello@whimseyjune.com with the changes you would like to make. We regret that we are unable to amend orders once they have been shipped out.


Which countries do you deliver to?

We provide worldwide shipping for all purchase orders. Please refer to Shipping for more details.


Can I return or exchange my purchased item?

All items sold are non-refundable and/or non-exchangeable. Please refer to Return & Exchange for more details.

 

RENT 

 
How long can I rent?

Standard rental period is 4 days. Longer rental periods will be charged based on multiplication of the 4-day standard rental, i.e. 8 days, 12 days, 16 days and so on. When the return date falls on a Sunday, the rental period will be extended automatically as there is no shipping on Sundays.

Are my selected booking dates confirmed?

As we have offline sales channels, there might be concurrency in booking on a rare occassion. We will be in touch with you to work on the booking dates should this occur. If you don't hear anything from us, your booking dates are considered confirmed. 


Can I amend my rental booking?

Date amendments must be informed to us within 12 hours upon payment booking. Once you change your rental dates, you can no longer revert to the previous dates. Please email us at hello@whimseyjune.com with the changes you would like to make. All changes are subject to availability.


How does the rental delivery and return work?

We will deliver your rental piece on the first day of the rental period ("Start date") and our courier partner will collect it back at your delivery address on the last day of the rental period ("End date"). Do select at least one day before your event/photoshoot date. For rental return collection, please ensure that the dress is properly and securely packed with the packaging materials provided as how it was initially delivered.


Is there alteration service available or am I allowed to alter the dress myself?

We do not provide alteration service at the moment, but most of our items offer size options or made to fit at least 2 sizes. Please do not alter the dress in any way. If you are unsure of sizing, please reach out to us to help you find the most suitable size for your body measurements.


Do you allow exchanges?

We allow free one-time exchange on a case by case basis. You can either exchange to a different size or design depending on availability. Alternatively, store credit of equivalent amount will be issued for future orders.


Can I cancel my rental booking?

Cancellations are not allowed and there are strictly no refunds.


Are dry-cleaning and return shipping included in the rental fee?

Yes! We want you to enjoy your photoshoot/event to the fullest so leave the hassle to us! Please refer to SHIPPING for further details.


Can I rent the same dress in multiple quantities?

Unfortunately we only carry one piece for each design and size. You may browse our RENT collection to find a similar design.


Why is there a security deposit for rental orders?

We collect refundable security deposit for rental orders to anticipate potential damages that require us to do some repair work. We will refund the security deposit when the rented item has been returned to us safely in a good condition.


What if the rented dress is lost or damaged beyond repair?

Should such unfortunate event occurs, the item is considered bought by the client and therefore, the security deposit will be forfeited and client may be required to top up the amount to cover the full cost of the dress, if necessary.


Is there any late return fee?

$20/day will be applied for late returns.
