By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you are deemed to have acknowledged, understood and agreed to all of the Terms & Conditions set out below and on the website. Please take some time to review these Terms for our Services. Please check this page regularly to note any changes which may have been made to the Terms of Services.

 

GENERAL 

  1. Our working days are Mondays to Fridays, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  2. For all sales enquiry, kindly email us at hello@whimseyjune.com with your order number.

  3. All transactions (emails and payment verifications) will be attended to within 2 working days.

  4. Please refrain from sending us multiple emails within 2 working days if you do not receive a reply. This will mean your email is pushed further up and it will take us even longer to get back to you. Rest assured we will get back to you as soon as possible.

  5. Prices displayed on our website are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

 

ORDER PLACEMENT 

  1. Please note that by adding item(s) into your cart, it does not signify you have successfully purchased the item(s). Item(s) is only secured upon submission of payment.

  2. Kindly ensure that you have selected the correct item(s) in the correct colors/sizes before checking out. 

  3. Whimsey June will not be able to amend orders once they have been confirmed and will not be held liable in the event the wrong colors/sizes are selected, or if duplicate orders are placed.

  4. All prices are final upon payment checkout. Refunds will strictly not be allowed in the event of purchase of wrong items.

  5. Upon checking out your order, you will be required to make a payment.

  6. We accept credit card payments via Stripe and PayNow transfer.

  7. Kindly ensure the full and correct address is stated, including your mobile number. Orders with incomplete/incorrect information may result in delayed delivery.

  8. All orders are shipped out according to order number, we do not combine orders.

  9. Whimsey June reserves the right to accept or reject any order(s).

 

PRE-ORDERS

  1. Most of our pieces are made-to-order and therefore, we only keep a small quantity of ready-stock items. Made-to-order items require a pre-order which takes around 4-6 weeks of processing time.

  2. We apologize that there may be delayed or cancelled pre-orders due to unforeseen circumstances such as delayed shipment, lack of fabric, insufficient stocks arrived etc. For delayed/cancelled pre-orders, cancellations of orders are not applicable. A gift certificate with no expiry will be issued accordingly. There will strictly not be any cash refunds. 

  3. In the event the order has an instock piece and a pre-order item, the instock piece will be mailed out first.

  4. Customers will be contacted when the pre-order item is ready for shipping.

 

DELIVERY 

  1. All local orders are delivered via our courier partner unless otherwise stated. 

  2. Charges shown are partially subsidized by Whimsey June.

  3. We offer tracked mail delivery, which will take up to 5 working days.

  4. Delivery charges will be adjusted for combined purchase of instocks and backorders.

  5. A re-delivery fee of $5 will apply if parcel is returned.

  6. Ready-stock orders will be shipped out within 1-2 working days (unless otherwise stated) upon payment verification. 

  7. Mailing days include weekdays only, excluding weekends and public holidays

  8. Whimsey June ships worldwide via our courier partner, except for rental items. Overseas shipping will be charged according to weight of items and will be advised accordingly at check out. Overseas orders will be shipped out within 1-3 working days from Singapore upon making an order. Shipping duration varies on the destination country and not limited to other unforeseen circumstances, which is also subject to customs clearance and weather conditions. You may be charged for handling fees and local taxes as your order passes through customs. These charges will be paid in person when the parcel is being delivered. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies as well as tax and handling fees differ for every country. If you have any questions regarding the charges, please contact your local delivery service.

  

RENTAL

  1. Standard rental period is 4 days. Longer rental periods will be charged based on multiplication of the 4-day standard rental, i.e. 8 days, 12 days, 16 days and so on.

  2. Date amendments must be informed to us within 12 hours upon payment booking. Once you change your rental dates, you can no longer revert to the previous dates. Please email us at hello@whimseyjune.com with the changes you would like to make. All changes are subject to availability.

  3. We will deliver your dress one day before the start of the rental date. Our courier partner will collect the dress back at your mailing address on the last day of the rental date. Please ensure that the dress is ready for collection on the last rental day and the item must be properly and securely packed as how it is delivered on the first rental day.

  4. Whimsey June does not provide alteration or customisation services. Rental pieces are not supposed to be self-altered by clients. If you are unsure of sizing, please reach out to us to help you find the most suitable size for your body measurements.

  5. We allow free one-time exchange. You can either exchange to a different size or design depending on availability. Alternatively, store credit of equivalent amount will be issued for future orders.

  6. Cancellations on rental booking are not allowed and there are strictly no refunds.

  7. Dry-cleaning and return shipping fees are included in the rental fee.

  8. As we only carry one piece for each design and size, it is not possible to rent the same piece in multiple quantities. 

  9. We collect refundable security deposit for all rental orders to anticipate potential damages that require us to do some repair work. We will refund the security deposit when the rented item has been returned to us safely in a good condition.

  10. In the event that the rental item is damaged beyond repair, the item is considered bought by the client and therefore, the security deposit will be forfeited and client may be required to top up the amount to cover the full cost of the item as necessary and as advised by Whimsey June. 

  11. Whimsey June will charge a fee of $20/day for late returns.

 

PAYNOW PAYMENT

  1. Whimsey June accepts PayNow transfer for convenient payment.

  2. Upon order confirmation, customers are required to make a payment to UEN 202025573C - WHIMSEY JUNE PTE. LTD and enter the order number under Transfer Details/Reference 

  3. Once payment has been completed, drop us a text via WhatsApp at 9746 7933 with your nameorder number and screenshot of payment proof within the next hour upon order placement

  4. Orders will only be processed once payment confirmation is received.

  

GENERAL RETURNS AND DEFECTS/ WRONG ITEM SENT

  1. All items sold are non-refundable and/or non-exchangeable.

  2. In the unlikely event that defective or wrong item being sent, we will provide a direct exchange. Kindly inform us via email at hello@whimseyjune.com on the item name and reason of exchange. Exchange requests other than the aforementioned reasons shall not be accepted. Please mail the item back to us via registered mail and email us the screenshot of the posting receipt upon our confirmation. Customers shall bear the full responsibility in making sure exchanged items are packed and sealed securely and properly. Exchanges will only be done for items in their original condition (unworn and unwashed) with the original tag on. Please note that all exchanges have to be done within 10 working days from the day the parcel is delivered. In the event that the right item is no longer in stock, store credits of equivalent amount will be issued for future orders with no expiry date.

  3. Please note that all sale items are final and are not eligible for return or refunds.

  4. Whimsey June reserves all rights to exercise discretion in assessing all returns, exchanges and refunds. 

 

MEASUREMENTS/ REPRESENTATION OF ITEMS

  1. Measurements stated may vary 0.5"-0.8" as most items are handmade. In such cases, it will not be considered a defect and no exchanges will be carried out.

  2. For lace items, please note that lace patterns may vary for every piece due to cut of fabric.

  3. Colors shown may have slight variance on different screens as different tech devices have different specifications. As such, colors may be portrayed with slight differences. This applies especially for brighter hues. Requests for exchange/ return due to such reason will be rejected.

  4. For light colored items, there may be slight small black dots which are not obvious. As this does not change the overall appearance of the item, it will not be considered a defect.

  5. Items with slight imperfections (loose thread, slight dotted stains etc) which do not affect the overall appearance of the item will not be considered a defect.
